Friday Favorites: Trains and Copper Boom!

I don't know how y'all had time and energy to post on Friday! So here I am, Sunday night, joining in the fun!

My son, Ryan, is crazy about trains. He didn't watch TV until 15 months, and even then, we only put on the early claymation Thomas and Friends. Since then, he has been train crazy!

Two weekends ago, I suggested we spend our morning riding the Metrolink to downtown LA. It was fairly inexpensive and I knew Ryan would love it.

We discovered pockets!

That night, I worked at church and came across this beauty:

God was showing off! :)

I love the new red cups. Anyone remember all the grief they got last year for making them plain red? Guess they learned that lesson.

We hosted Thanksgiving successfully again this year. Less stress for sure, thanks to preparing ahead of time and remembering lessons from last year.

Tired, but happy!

Staying up all night to watch Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, was one of the best nights of my life.
We got closure. We got answers (Mr. Kim exists!). We got the final four words!
And, we got thirsty for more.
Please, Amy Sherman-Palladino. Please make more. You are a genius and we need more.
