Target Haul Tuesday!

In the month of April, I made 17 Target pick-ups. #Sorrynotsorry.

Target is my favorite store. There's no shame in my game.

It's Real Nice I bought it at target - ricky bobby target - quickmeme

Target is keeping my family and me sane during quarantine. With 3 birthdays in April, a swift change in weather - oh, hello summer! and a general need to update quite a few things, including upping my spring cleaning game, Target was my lifeline!

1. Best $10 spent in quarantine!

2. This is my #1 favorite K-Cup!

3. My son's little ride-on Thomas the Train was so old that the battery wouldn't even charge! He had Christmas money, so he upgraded!

4. Ah, sibling quarrels... Sister needed her own scooter apparently because, sharing does not exist in this dojo.

5. My well-loved Bissell finally bit the dust. It was $40 well-spent, but really never gave me the deep clean I wanted anyway, so after lots of research, this baby became mine! And its AMAZING.

6. Best $3 spent in quarantine.

2020 Read Your Books Challenge!

How many books are on your shelf/nightstand/Kindle/Nook that you've never read?

Go ahead and count. I'll wait.

Are you embarrassed by then number? I know I was! Books just excite me! So I collect and read later. Some books have sat on the shelf for years, though, because of all the awesome books that came after. If you follow me on GoodReads.com (and if you don't please do by clicking here!) you'll see I'm an avid reader and there's literally 150 books I want to read! I don't own all of them, but pretty close.

Jessica N. Turner at themomcreative.com has a challenge for 2020 that us readers can really dive into. She saw how many books were lying unread on her shelves, and came up with the 40 book challenge for books she already owns. As she writes on her blog, this isn't meant to be legalistic - some of us belong to book clubs, a monthly ebook download subscription, or find a great book on sale that would be a crime NOT to buy. This is meant to be fun. My friend, Mandie, and I are already sharing books with each other that we are reading. The Goodreads.com community is also a fun place to share your favorites.

I've already finished The Motivation Manifesto.

Here's 5 books I'm proceeding with:

When Less Becomes More

War of Words

What Did You Expect?

The Battle Plan for Prayer

Faith and the Magic Kingdom

What books are you hoping to finally take of your shelf and read?

Trader Joe's Haul

It's probably a good thing that there isn't a TJ's for 45 miles...I'd be there every day...

Ok, so here's what I bought today:

Left to Right, top to bottom:
Nourish Spa Shampoo // Nourish Spa Conditioner // enrich daily moisturizer //
natural facial cleansing pads // lavender dryer bags
Micellar cleanser wipes // facial serum // Tom's natural deodorant
Oatmeal Exfoliant bar // Head to Toe body balm

Unsweetened cocoa powder // Coconut oil spray // Everyday Seasoning // Extra virgin olive oil // Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

Most of these items were my first-time buys. And I love TJ prices on oils and spices.
I used the following links to recommend the rest:
