Chit Chat Monday

This month's talk is all about resolutions, goals, and what we've been up to. First, I'll recap the January goals I set here:

Get back into Blogilates, the youtube exercise channel that I love and adore. 

I'm sorry to say that I have not done a single video.  HOWEVER, we did purchase a treadmill that I have been using a great deal lately, so I don't feel as bad about missing Blogilates.

Hang pictures in the master bedroom.
Seriously, we've been in our home almost 6 months and we still haven't hung our vacation photos. Something so simple and easy. This must get done ASAP so I feel accomplished.
Check! I did accomplish this task within a couple days of posting.

Make photo albums for Ryan.
I don't know how it happened, but my little boy is already 21 months and I have yet to make his photo albums. The problem I've having is that the programs on Target Photo or Costco Photo or Shutterfly are so monotonous. Can I hire someone to do it for me?
Yes, it was monotonous, but I got 3 albums completed via Costco, and I love them. I got as far as 14 months, so I have a couple more to do. This boy just keeps growing!

And now, what has happened lately? Lots of things:

1. I was asked to coordinate the early childhood ministry on Saturday nights when we add that service time in March. I prayed that God would use me more and not a week had passed that He delivered and I got a phone call. I am meeting with the directors and our pastor on Tuesday to go into what it would all entail, but I'm so blessed to try this out.

2. It is almost the end of the semester, so I'm getting new students. I spent Friday afternoon at Starbucks working and then meeting a new family for orientation. Sometimes my job is pretty amazing:

3. And, finally, life has been normal, for which I can't be more grateful. We can pay our bills, serve God, lean on Him when challenges come our way, and believe me, I'm in a valley right now with a couple issues, but I'm not stressed. God is taking care of it and the blessings will come.
