January Goals

Now that I've recapped 2015, made my year-long goals, and chose a word to focus all year, I want to share the 3 big things I want to accomplish this month.

I used to keep a list on my phone, and every day, I would stare at it. Hardly anything came off that list. So instead, I'm trying out a monthly list of goals.

1. Get back into Blogilates

I love love love Cassey Ho and her program on YouTube. There isn't anyone or anything out there like her! She is the most body-positive person I've come across. She makes you feel like she's a girlfriend and a sister and your best cheerleader. The problem I've had in these first few days in 2016 is that I got hit with a bad cold on the same day my dog got seriously injured on the neighbor's fence. My mind and body have been very occupied. 
The good news is, I am feeling better today. I can't wait to get back on track.  The first step is taking the first step. I have to remember how I felt when I finished my first month of videos. I had energy and endurance and strength! I jogged without feeling pain! That is where I want to be again.

2. Hang pictures in the master bedroom.
Seriously, we've been in our home almost 6 months and we still haven't hung our vacation photos. Something so simple and easy. This must get done ASAP so I feel accomplished.

3. Make photo albums for Ryan.
I don't know how it happened, but my little boy is already 21 months and I have yet to make his photo albums. The problem I've having is that the programs on Target Photo or Costco Photo or Shutterfly are so monotonous. Can I hire someone to do it for me?
