Happy Tuesday everybody! I hope you all had a terrific 3-day weekend. We spent the first part of our day very laid back playing trains, as Daddy spent the morning golfing and in fellowship. Then we had lunch, packed into the truck, and took all the boxes from Christmas to the recycling center. Can you say Hallelujah?! Running errands can be a bear, but most times, I love the normalcy.
Today, I link up with Momfessionals to share those not so normal moments that are just too funny to not share with all you amazing mamas!
1. Most of my embarrassing moments happened as our son was spitting up, but the worst was at Denny's. I've never been more red-faced. I cleaned it up, and then our waitress, bless her heart for not complaining, earned a very nice tip.
2. I wish I could confess pulling the wool over my son's eyes, but this kid can find anything I've hidden...when in plain sight. This Christmas, after he opened the most amazing gifts, we left our gift to him, a cozy coupe, wrapped and shoved it in the closet for his birthday in April.
3. There may be a couple events that I've gotten out of, simply by blaming our son (lack of babysitter, sick, cranky, etc.).
4. Thank you God for Netflix. When mommy has hit a wall, Thomas the Tank Engine for the win.
Wishing you all a fantastic week!
