First Friday of 2017 - Let's do this!
Even though I'm currently nursing a heating pad on my back, and whilst doing it I hate it, I am listing my new workout as a favorite, because 1. it will be over at the end of this month, and 2. I'll be glad I stuck with it when I see results.
It's seriously the hardest I've pushed myself physically. But I was at a breaking point in my body and needed something to really kick my butt (and get rid of the saddlebags).
Along with the workouts, hubby and I are on the 28-day reset as well, meaning NO: dairy, sugar, gluten, alcohol, and processed foods. It is a struggle! But I would be so upset if I kept eating crap and did not see real results. Go big or go home!

I'm really enjoying Karen Ehman's book!
I feel I'm the last person on the Larabar train, but these are seriously helping me succeed on the 28-day reset.
This is one of those books that you keep going back to. And so I'm continuing my Facebook group for another year devoted to the virtues in this book. January is Joy, and I'd love for you to check it out, and read it!
