New Year's Goals!

1. Health
I'm making us healthy by following Cassey Ho's 28-day reset and her PIIT 28 workout:
The reset takes healthy, clean eating to a better level, that is challenging, but worth it!
The workouts are 6 days a week and are really tough. But I tend to get bored with workouts, so this is perfect.

2. Wealth
The best way I can think to start January by honoring God and His provision is a
"No-Spend January."
We won't be taking big trips or buying things we don't need this month. God will provide. We can do more.
With the 28-day reset, we are finding ourselves buying more groceries, but that means we won't have to eat out, which is more costly.
3. Happiness
My word for 2017 is JOY! Not just being happy, but finding joy in the trials, as we are commanded to do.
